Remove Grammarly Comments From Word
One feature of Microsoft Word is the ability to view the editing marks while typing the document. When choosing this feature dots appear between words to show the number of spaces, and the paragraph editing mark appears before each paragraph break. Although the marks show up on the screen, they disappear when the page is printed. Viewing the editing marks can be helpful, but leaving them on all the time can become annoying. Deactivating the feature is a simple click, unless you've accidentally turned on the feature, and aren't sure which icon you've inadvertently hit.
Click on “View” in the tool bar at the top of the screen.
Choose “Toolbars” in the dropdown menu that appears after step 1.
Check “Standard” if it is not checked or leave it checked if it is already checked. This option will appear in the new menu that pops open after clicking “Toolbars”, which gives you toolbar options to make visible.

Locate the “Standard” toolbar at the top of the screen. This toolbar will have such common commands as new blank document, open, save and so forth.
Choose the Show/Hide icon, typically located at the far right on the Standard toolbar. This icon will be a paragraph editing symbol. When the cursor hovers over the icon the icon name “Show/Hide” should appear.

Microsoft Word embeds special markup in a document to indicate where a person has made changes or added comments to it. The embedding is done only if the reviewer has turned on Word’s revision tool, called Track Changes. This tool enables organizations that have multiple teammates reviewing a document to make changes or annotations. This can result in a hard-to-read document, because all changes and comments are displayed. At some point, the markup notations must be removed so that the document can be finalized in a clean version that is ready to be distributed.
1.Click on the “Review” tab, then click on “Show Markup” from the “Tracking” group. Make sure each item has a check mark beside it; add one by just clicking on it, if necessary. Be certain that the last item, “Reviewers,” has a check mark beside “All Reviewers.”
2.Click on “Accept,” under “Changes,” then use the arrow to navigate to and select “Accept All Changes in Document,” if you approve of all of the changes and want Word to automatically accept them in their entirety. By accepting all of the changes, Word removes their markups. Thus you’ll see that the markup notations are no longer shown in the document.
3.Click on “Reject,” also under “Changes,” then use the arrow to navigate to and select “Reject All Changes in Document,” if you don’t approve of the changes and you want Word to automatically discard the changes in their entirety. Word will reject them and remove their markups from the document.
